I have over the last decade learnt not only an immense amount about our bodies and how the pelvic floor does not operate alone. I have also learnt how much our emotions, stress, environment, sleep and diet effect our pelvic floor health.

I am one of the very top and most experienced trainers in the entire world and have trained most of the trainers in the UK and a lot across the world.

Hypopressive 6 session experience – Over six 60min sessions you will learn the simple but amazing breathing protocol, bring greater awareness to your posture choices and learn a beautiful flow designed just for you.

Hypopressives are an amazing holistic way for you to regain control of your pelvic floor, while also improving the resting tone and strength of your whole body and that’s not all you can also improve your sports stamina and create a sense of calm. Exercise AND Meditation the best of both worlds.

Breathing is one of the keys to your pelvic floor

As we go through life we pick up posture and breath imbalances through the way we carry a bag to the way we sit at a desk or the way we carry our baby. up until the point that we suffer trauma to our pelvic flor through birth trauma or intense physical exercise or other trauma/illness our pelvic floor right at the centre of our body connecting our upper body to our lower body and also being the bottom of our breath canister basically helps to regulate everything and take one for the team. Then when we suffer trauma the pelvic floor is unable to take up the slack for our other imbalances and the imbalances then put pressure on your pelvic floor and then we suffer prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, leaks, sore backs and for some painful sex. If you feel or experience any of these symptoms, all the time or after exercise or at the end of a day:

  • A heavy dragging feeling
  • A feeling like a tampon falling out
  • A visible lump
  • Leaking
  • Pain
Then you need to pause any activities that are causing this to happen or worsen.  
This is a red flag that says 'pause' before you jump higher. 
Obviously you can't always pause children or work or even life.But if there are adjustments you can make in the short term like stopping running and power walking instead.

What you need is to build strong yet flexible foundations and this is where Hypopressives come in. They are a low impact, breath led programme that combines a breath pattern with poses that engage and mobilize the muscles and connective tissues in your body. Helping you to engage your pelvic floor as a reflexive natural movement supported by all the muscles in your whole body.

Once you have built your foundation then you can confidently leap into the activities you enjoyed before pelvic floor dysfunction made you pause.

I am one of the only Master Trainers in the UK.

I couldn’t train to be trainer here in UK back then, so I went to Spain to train (I have a fear of flying so this was a big leap both for my fear factor and financially).

I was so amazed by the difference Hypopressives made to me I had to learn how to coach it so I COULD HELP YOU!
