This is either for beginners or for those who would like to refresh the basics. There will be a short talk about Hypopressives followed by a practical session covering the breathing, alignment and four basic poses representing a standing pose, a seated pose and a supine one. There will be plenty of exciting learning about your body and how it works and of course you will leave with enough knowledge to be able to practice at home – to help you I provide a cheat sheet with all the fundamental elements that we have worked through either in picture or photo form that is yours to keep.
The workshop is at the German Church – 1 Chalmers Cresc. on the 23rd of April from 11.20-1pm – the cost of the workshop is £30.
