Instructor Training

Below is a little bot more about becoming an instructor adding the powerful programme that Hypopressives are to your toolbox of skills. Hypopressives lay the foundations for great pelvic floor health and awareness that complement other exercise modalities or as a stand alone programme.

The Hypopressive Training System technique changes the paradigm and way we view core and pelvic floor health. The programme combines a unique breathing technique with poses that connect the entire body as one system.

While initially developed as a non-surgical treatment for women with pelvic floor dysfunction, The Hypopressive Technique has been found to have benefits as a complete core training programme that has benefits across all age, fitness levels and lifestyles.

The courses offered via the IHC at Hypopressive Scotland are delivered by the director of Hypopressive Scotland and one of the founding members of the IHC Abby Lord.

These courses have been developed by The International Hypopressive Council (IHC).

The IHC was formed to create a gold standard of training that would be recognised across the globe.

The IHC has brought together the top trainers across the world to bring you the best of all of our experience and knowledge in these courses

Though practiced worldwide, it is only now beginning to be recognised in the U.K. for its wide range of benefits versus traditional Core and Pelvic Floor fitness, rehabilitation and maintenance programmes.
