Bristol based women's health & fitness trainer since 2006. Working in women's health is my passion. I am dedicated to helping women look after themselves, educating them and helping them to get stronger or healthier. I especially focus on working with women with pelvic floor dysfunction, those post natal and those going through the menopause or need support post hysterectomy. I am continually looking to increase my own knowledge so I can better support those I work with, hence becoming a hypopressives trainer.
