Three sessions covering the basic theory and physiology of the Hypopressive technique, its benefits, and its evolution. Learn how to trigger the breath and coach clients through the foundational postures.
Content: Hypopressive concept, effects, posturology, health and prevention, technical principles, exercises, transitions, myofascial release, and more.
Certification: Qualify to train individual clients in the Hypopressive technique upon completion and demonstration of skills.
