As we delve deeper into the practice of Hypopressive exercises, we invite you to join our ongoing online sessions. This course, designed for mixed ability levels, offers five 30-minute streamed sessions each week. Understanding that life can be unpredictable, we provide playback options at the end of each week, allowing you the flexibility to catch up on missed sessions at your own pace.
Each session will bring something new, an evolving journey that I will outline at the start of each week or block. Please ensure you have mastered the unique breathing technique prior to joining, as it forms the foundation of our practice.

To create a space conducive to your growth and focus, you will need:
A camera: Essential for our interactive sessions, allowing me to guide you and observe your progress.
A mat or comfy carpet: Some of our poses require kneeling, so comfort is key.
An exercise band and a massage ball: These tools will aid in various exercises, enhancing your experience.
Space to move about: Ensure you have enough room to fully engage in the exercises without restriction.

Monday
7am - Melt Method inspired class - this is a release class working with fascia patterns
You will need a long foam roller - small diameter, or firm rolled up beach towel or pool noodle - soft massage ball
9.30am - Transitions flow Beg/inter
Using transitions between poses to complete a flow
Tuesday 7pm
Learning class - Focus on two poses - Freya, Hestia - Beg/Improver/Refresher
Wednesday
7am - Advanced flow -standing
There will be lots of movement both during the breath work and the apnoea - this will be quite a fast paced class and is suitable for intermediate looking for more challenge or advanced - I cannot give regressions as it will be a flow - sorry
2.30pm - Body weight class - Monkeying around
Friday
7am -Supine with rotation - Beginner & Intermediate
10.15am -Beginner flow - full body

7am - Freya and Persephone
This is a class to refresh your understanding or learn the poses for the first time
9.30am - Standing flow
This is the beginners sequence flow- 3-6 count and 10 apnoea
Tuesday
7pm - Release Class
Focus on the psoas and ribs
Wednesday
7am - Rocking flow
Intermediate flow using more complex movement patterns
2.30pm - Body weight class - A Frame
Fully body weight class - just you and your body
Friday
7am - Supine flow
10.15am - Arms, Arms, Arms
A session entirely focused on how and why we use our arms- Looking at gentle activation, spirals, flossing and nerve tensioners

7am - Intermediate flow
There will be no pausing for explanation just a pure flow from standing to floor
9.30am - Release class
This is a release from toes to neck - you will need a big beach towel or long foam roller, A small shower towel and a massage ball
Tuesday
7pm - Pelvic floor safe Abs class
Using poses to engage our deep core, being mindful of our pelvic floor.
Wednesday
7am - Hypopressives with bands and balls
We will be diving deeper into how we can create more strength in Hypopressives. You will need a loop band and a long exercise band and a small inflatable pilates ball. Or stretchy tights and a small soft cushion.
2.30pm - A Frame and Bear
Spending more time developing strength and co-ordination
Friday
7am - Flatout Friday
A combo of supine poses
10.15am - Advanced Standing flow
There will be a mix of breath counts and holds to create added challenge
