As we delve deeper into the practice of Hypopressive exercises, we invite you to join our ongoing online sessions. This course, designed for mixed ability levels, offers five 30-minute streamed sessions each week. Understanding that life can be unpredictable, we provide playback options at the end of each week, allowing you the flexibility to catch up on missed sessions at your own pace.

Each session will bring something new, an evolving journey that I will outline at the start of each week or block. Please ensure you have mastered the unique breathing technique prior to joining, as it forms the foundation of our practice.

Preparing for Your Session

To create a space conducive to your growth and focus, you will need:

  • A camera: Essential for our interactive sessions, allowing me to guide you and observe your progress.

  • A mat or comfy carpet: Some of our poses require kneeling, so comfort is key.

  • An exercise band and a massage ball: These tools will aid in various exercises, enhancing your experience.

  • Space to move about: Ensure you have enough room to fully engage in the exercises without restriction.

With these preparations, you are ready to immerse yourself in the transformative journey of Hypopressive exercises. Let's continue this path of healing and strength together.

Monday

7am - Full flow - sequence 1 with rocking - beg/inter

9.30am - Short flow - Gaya- Maya- Isis- prone & Demeter

Tuesday

7pm - Intermediate flow from standing to supine

Wednesday

7am - Release and rotation class - you will need a small shower towel

Friday

7am - Flatout Friday - Alternative sides

Week starting September 23rd

Monday

7am -Resident frequency class improving fascia recoil & short standing flow

9.30am - Sensing inner thighs & supine (you will need a chair & a small shower towel

Tuesday

7pm - glute centred session, you will need a loop band or something stretchy you can tie in a loop

Wednesday

7am - advanced look at poses Callisto, persephone, Freya, Aphrodite

Friday

7am - Flatout Friday - Supine flow

Week starting Monday 30th of September

Monday

7am - Mobilise the spine & diaphragm release - beginner

9.30am - Sequence 1 flow - beginner

Tuesday

7pm - Sequence 1 flow with longer breaths and holds - Intermediate

Wednesday

7am - Full quadruped class (all on hands and knees)

Friday

7am - Flatout Friday - Supine and focus on Apnoea
