As we delve deeper into the practice of Hypopressive exercises, we invite you to join our ongoing online sessions. This course, designed for mixed ability levels, offers five 30-minute streamed sessions each week. Understanding that life can be unpredictable, we provide playback options at the end of each week, allowing you the flexibility to catch up on missed sessions at your own pace.

Each session will bring something new, an evolving journey that I will outline at the start of each week or block. Please ensure you have mastered the unique breathing technique prior to joining, as it forms the foundation of our practice.

  • To create a space conducive to your growth and focus, you will need:

    • A camera: Essential for our interactive sessions, allowing me to guide you and observe your progress.

    • A mat or comfy carpet: Some of our poses require kneeling, so comfort is key.

    • An exercise band and a massage ball: These tools will aid in various exercises, enhancing your experience.

    • Space to move about: Ensure you have enough room to fully engage in the exercises without restriction.

    With these preparations, you are ready to immerse yourself in the transformative journey of Hypopressive exercises. Let's continue this path of healing and strength together.

    4. Next you will be prompted to make payment. If you have bought a package, or have a coupon, then enter your code here.

    5. You will receive a confirmation email for your class booking with a link to attend the online session.

  • Yes you can. Just above the booking section below, you will see ‘SIGN UP’ and ‘LOGIN’ buttons. They are to the right of the first booking slot.

    You can create an account with our booking partner Acuity here, and login on a regular basis to book your classes.

    Please note, this login is DIFFERENT to your account with our Members Portal.

    You can find the Acuity Scheduling app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    To add us through a link, you:

    1. From the app home screen, tap +.

    2. Tap the Business scheduling URL field and enter Hypopressive.as.me/.

    3. Tap Add business.

    You can book directly through the app. From the app home screen, tap our business's name. The app opens the scheduler, and you can book appointments exactly as you do when booking on the website.

  • Monday

    7am - Hypo and somatic movement combo 

    9.30am - Rotation class

    This class is all about rotation from the feet to the neck - you will need paper plates for carpet or socks for wood floors or sliders

    Tuesday

    7pm - Intermediate flow - focus on Freya with Friends - Flow with alternating breaths 3-6 and the. 4-8 and maybe some 2-4

    Wednesday

    7am - Gaya, Maya & Isis - taking the poses from beginner to challenge

    2.30pm - Body weight class

    Friday

    7am - Flatout Friday 

    10.15am - 2 poses with different challenges

    Athena and Demeter and their variations

  • Monday

    7am - Full sequence 1 flow

    From warm -up flow will be 3-6 breathing and pause 10

    9.30am - Flow 2 - with rocking

    This flow will focus on a combination of level 2 poses, Freya, Hera and rocking in athena/Venus

    Tuesday

    7pm - Breath class with focus on different breathing styles and Apnoea

    Different breath styles combined with the apnoea - mainly a sitting class, you can use a chair

    Wednesday

    7am - Advanced on all fours class

    This session will look at crawing, inverted poses and transitions

    2.30pm - Body weight class

    Friday

    7am - Supine flow - This session will use pilates style poses with the breath and apnoea

    10.15am - Release class

    In this class we shall be releasing the psoas, sacrum, jaw and more

    Ball, shower and big towel/foam roller
