Levels explained

Level 1 - has completed the full 15 hourFoundational training

Level 2 - has completed Level 1 and added 15 hours of Dynamic movement, fascia and release work

Level 3 - has completed 1 & 2 and has added the nervous system, rotation, the wall and more

Certified - Has completed all 3 levels and a case study of 10 weeks

BCP - Has completed an intensive weekend course with a mix from 1-2-3
