Frédérique - Intensive Certified Trainer

Frédérique is a Pilates teacher, trained at Body Control Pilates in London. Frédérique now lives in France in Brittany, where she has her own studio, teaching Pilates matwork and equipment. She is specialised in Rose Pilates (to accompany women undergoing breast cancer treatment), and also a Franklin Method Educator on pelvic floor. Frédérique trained on hypopressives with Abby Lord and BCP in order to complement the pelvic floor programme she runs at the studio. She teaches also online, in French and in English. She also loves continuing education with BCP and the Franklin Method, as well as Hypopressives!
