As someone who has been managing type 1 diabetes for 34 years, I have gained a deep understanding of what it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I'm a firm believer in a holistic approach to health, which includes a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and finding joy in life. My lifelong aspiration has been to make a positive impact on others, and during lockdown 2019, I discovered how to achieve this. My wife and I found a shared passion for Les Mills workouts and committed to exercising together consistently. The results were amazing, and this newfound enthusiasm inspired me to share the benefits of an active lifestyle with the world. Almost four years later, I'm grateful to empower and support others on their journey to physical, mental and spiritual well-being. I've learned that we can naturally move closer to our goals by embracing the process. I'm passionate about ensuring your technique is on point and your posture is correct to ensure maximum quality during your workouts. I encourage you to stay consistent, be open and honest with me, and listen to your body.
I offer:
* Personal training sessions - Strength training, martial arts training (if you are practising for belt grading or a competition), callisthenics or bodyweight functional training, and hybrid sessions combining Hypopressives with weight training.
* Hypopressive 1:1 sessions - A 6-week course introducing you to Hypopressives if you have never done it before.
* Myofascial release sessions - Help to rehydrate parts of the body that can suffer due to prolonged static positions and compromised posture. Helping your joints and overall mobility feel more "well-oiled."
* Group Classes - Boxercise, Indoor Cycling, TRX, Circuits/ Bootcamps.
