TRE has been one of the most transformative tools I’ve brought into my practice – helping women finally access the deep release their bodies have been longing for.
2. Hypopressives for Rebuilding Strength
Hypopressives are an incredible tool for rebuilding your core and pelvic floor strength without putting pressure on already vulnerable areas. This breath-based practice trains your body to move and function in a way that supports natural, functional strength.
